What We Check

Four findings that decide the repair in the Inner West

The camera tells us which system we are dealing with and which repair it needs.

Book a sewer or stormwater survey
Which system it is Sewer and stormwater run on different alignments and fail differently. The camera settles which one is at fault.
Joint condition Older clay pipe carries far more joints than modern PVC, and every joint is a place a root can enter.
Bore remaining Scale and silt close a line from the inside. Cleaning restores the bore, and the liner holds it open.
Where it discharges Pits, gullies and the connection point are checked, so the whole run is accounted for rather than the fault alone.

Licensed & Insured · Upfront Pricing · Workmanship Guaranteed

Inner West lines are old, often shared, and sit under narrow blocks with mature planting and very limited access.

The two systems fail for different reasons and show different symptoms. Sewer problems turn up inside the house, as slow fixtures, gurgling or odour. Stormwater problems turn up outside, as water sitting in the yard or a gully overflowing after rain.

Both respond to the same repair while the pipe still holds its shape. Across the Inner West the line is cleaned back to bare pipe, a structural liner is installed through an existing opening and cured, and pits and junctions are checked in the same visit.

Good to Know

Sewer and Stormwater Pipe Relining in the Inner West FAQs

Sewer problems usually show up inside the house as slow fixtures, gurgling or odour. Stormwater problems show up outside as water sitting in the yard or a pit overflowing. The camera confirms it on the day.

We work on the private side, from the house through the boundary trap and up to the connection point at the main. If the fault sits beyond that, we say so and explain who owns it.

The liner seals the joints the roots were entering through, so those entry points stop being available. Where roots do return, they are usually at a junction or a section that was not lined.
